Port Towns and the Filth that Governs Them is a supplement for the Pirate Borg RPG, featuring a generic port town generator to create a simple town for your players to come across.

Residing over this port town is the Governor, a new arrogant player class that seeks to flee the Dark Caribbean, and is willing to consort with pirates to make their escape. They may not be the mightiest physically, but begin with better gear than usual and can use their prestige to their benefit with their weaker class features. Their puny strength is matched by them being quick to learns the ways of the pirate, letting them improve drastically the first time they do so.
